The specialty networks were established to form thematically focused and nationally coordinated research networks, bringing together clinical researchers and healthcare providers with deep expertise in specific disease areas under one unified, nationally visible network. Serving as research hubs for specific medical conditions, the specialty networks’ structured collaboration enables:
